We guarantee that the watches we sell are authentic. We always ensure the authenticity of our goods before selling them.
2What about the payment method?
We accept various types of payment, we can split the payment method like half cash and half through a transfer.
3What about transactions outside the store?
We accept transactions outside our store, through cash on delivery (COD), Not only available in Jakarta but also outside Jakarta (if you have a Down Payment of 30%).
4Can I consign/sell or trade-in?
  • Sure, you can consign your luxury watches, we charge only 2% for commission. Your watch will be photographed by our photographers, this method is free admin + free photography.
  • You can trade in your luxury watch with us, our team will provide you with a trade value for your watch which you can apply toward any other timepiece you choose.
  • Selling your watch is simple, our team will check your watch and provide you with the best value from us.
5Can FF Luxury Watch buy back your watch?
We accept buybacks of luxury watches that you purchased from us under certain condition.
6Can I Pre-Order my favorite watch?
Yes, we can. We will get the watch you want within 2-4 weeks.
7What about watch repair?
We also accept watch repair, just give your watch to use and we can repair it.
8Does FF Luxury Watch sell watch accessories?
Yes, we sell a lot of watch accessories like Rubber-B, RX-8 Watch protection, Swisskubik watch winder, travel case & many more.
9Does FF Luxury Watch sell watch protection?
RX-8 Golden Shield is our main watch protection, we also provide installation services. FF Luxury Watch is an authorized dealer of RX-8 Golden Shield.
